Working with our Compassionate Spirits, we will seek permission to merge with them, and to learn how to shape shift into a form of their type and swim, run, fly, crawl with them.

Journey time, Q&A time. Please have a candle to light and a small bowl of water. We will call in the Directions and see where our journeys take us.
